1. Introduction Welcome to Noir Luxe Black Car Service. By booking with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Deposits and Payments

• A non-refundable deposit of 15% of the total booking cost is required at the time of reservation to secure your booking.

• The remaining balance must be paid prior to or at the time of service.

• All payments are subject to New York State taxes.

3. Booking Fee

• A non-refundable booking fee of $15 applies to all reservations.

4. Cancellation Policy

• All deposits and booking fees are non-refundable, including in cases of cancellation.

5. Reservation Changes

• Customers are permitted one reservation change per booking.

• Reservation changes must be requested at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

• Changes are subject to availability and may require payment of any difference in cost.

6. Grace Period

• There will be a 20-minute grace period before your time starts.

7. Service Limitations

• Noir Luxe reserves the right to refuse service to any individual or party for reasons including but not limited to safety concerns, inappropriate behavior, or violation of these terms and conditions.

8. Liability

• Noir Luxe is not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, such as traffic, weather conditions, or road closures.

• Customers are liable for any damage caused to the vehicle during the service.

9. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of New York State.

10. Acceptance By booking with Noir Luxe Black Car Service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions.
